Bohemian Switzerland
Edmund’s Gorge in the area of Bohemian Switzerland, known as Quiet Gorge, is a rocky canyon of the Kamenice River.
The entrance is located on the edge of the village of Hrensko. After a few metres of walking along the river, you will come across tunnels dug into the rock, after which you buy tickets for a boat and the rest of the way you will be transported on the boat with the captain’s commentary.
And a beautiful house of a former acetylene gas plant built by German workers in 1905. It supplied gas to the adjacent residential houses for only about twenty years.
